Amazing modern hotel with rooftop pool and bar with 360o views across Colombo and the sea - brilliant for sunset. The room was very comfortable. Large bathroom, with both bath and rain fall shower. Good location for exploring central colombo. We were able to walk around the city and key locations from here. Would stay here again.

Located in Colombo, a 12-minute walk from Kollupitiya Beach, Lavonca Boutique Hotel has accommodations with a terrace, free private parking and a restaurant. My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The small rooftop pool was perfect to cool down. Bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and shower worked great. Also the staff were amazing, very helpful with all the info we needed.
