This luxurious, nonsmoking property features spacious outdoor and indoor pools, a modern fitness center and a spa and wellness center. It also features 7 restaurants and free Wi-Fi access. The service and facilities way exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very spacious and gorgeous with stunning interior design that is both modern like an art gallery and warm and showcased the amazing sea views. I loved the service too especially the concierge team who speak English namely Scott Hong the manager who went over and above from ensuring I received medical treatment when I sprained my foot to assisting in changing my flight (due to bad weather) The genuine care and assistance given by him was really heartwarming. Of note too was how proactive he was in his service. Most times in other hotels the guests have to ask for help (and we do not always get it) but not with Scott who often initiated help such as providing a bandage and icebag for my swollen ankle without me asking. Furthermore, I found the other concierge team members very helpful, always smiling and ever willing to help. Of note are Ethan, Niki and Bill who were among those who always offered a smile and assisted with enthusiasm. I also found staff at the front office, Confetti, housekeeping and the Bar and deli very pleasant, well groomed which made my stay a very very pleasant stressfree one.

Featuring a terrace with views of the ocean, YOUUS Hotel is located in the Jungmun district. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property. staffs are very friendly and kindly, for example, they always write down because we are Deaf.

Surrounded by thick woods, Hidden Cliff Hotel and Nature is located on top of the hill just outside the north-western end of Jungmun Tourist Complex. outdoor pool and amazing view!!!

Opened in July of 2015, Benikea Jungmun Hotel offers modern and accommodations just north of Jungmun Tourist Complex. The hotel is in a perfect location if you want to swim at the Jungmun beach. The bus stops are very close to the place so you can easily go anywhere on the island. The staff is nice, and the room was comfortable too. I am a bit sad because I forgot in the room a cute Hallabong pin my friend got me as a present but the stay was nice

The design, and the staff which was super nice and helpful specially Chloe who helped me calling a taxi during in the morning of my first day, 김유빈 Eden manager who was kind and concern about the service, and 김미영 Judy who was exceptional she made the time incredibly, arranging taxis for me when I needed, recommending places where to eat, and getting information about places I wanted to go, or things that my family and I needed. Aria Hotel was amazing

Conveniently placed in the heart of Jungmun Tourist Complex, The Seaes Hotel & Resorts offers modern rooms with an outdoor patio, overlooking beautiful sea views. I love Hot onsen outside my room. The room was very comfortable specially the bed. Hotel was beautiful when walk around.

The Shilla Jeju is 10-minute walk from the famous Jungmun Beach. It features 6 dining options, a fully-equipped fitness club with spa pools and a sauna, and free WiFi at the business center. Staff was awesome . The view and the garden was wonderful. The swimming pool was very beautiful. Additionally, the jjambong was great!. I can't wait to come back.^^

Hana Hotel Jeju is located within Jungmun Tourism Complex. The hotel offers panoramic views of the Halla Mountain, and is close to several sandy beaches. We loved the cost of the hotel and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Everyone was always so polite and had plenty of recommendations. The property was close to the beach and close to plenty of restaurants near by. The facility was very clean and comfortable to stay at.
