And needed to checkin very early morning, on my special request the host really cared to accept my request. They helped me with other things and they were very supportive. Pros to stay here: 1)Self managed property, it means you will not find any receptionist or staff, so it is very calm and feels like home. It was exceptionally neat and tidy 2) common lobby area has one of the best views of the night and day life in Busan 3) the location is right next to a Huge mall that has a sky observatory, then a busstop is right outside, the fish market and shopping streed is right ahead, you wont ever get bored staying here 4) no late night entry rules 5) close to main train station can take a bus easily 6) very well organized in the space

Nampo Ocean2Heaven Hotel& Spa has accommodations in Busan near Gukje Market and Gwangbok-Dong. With a terrace, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Staying at the Ocean2Heaven Hotel was truly heaven. We just loved our stay there. We stayed at the hotel for five nights for our whole stay in Busan. We found its position so handy to the subway and bus to Songdo beach and the Ami and Gamcheon Cultural Villages. Our room was fabulous. It was spacious and had a wonderful balcony with a view over the interesting working harbour. We loved watching the boats and lights at night. The hotel also has a great public spa within the building. We visited there numerous times and it was free for guests which we appreciated. But the best thing about the Ocean2Heaven is the wonderful staff. They were so helpful and attentive ALL the time. They gave us a wonderful map upon checking in recommending restaurants in the area. We tried nearly all of them and they were delicious. Anything we asked them they were able to help us with. I also so appreciated when I booked the wrong dates they allowed me to change my dates of stay. Thank you so much. We’ll definitely be back.

The room I stayed is very clean and comfortable. The view is as great as you see from the app! I can see Lotte Mall with the bridge and the sea from my balcony. The location is super, the bus stop is right just in front of the hotel. The shopping street is in walking distance. Staff are nice with well English speaking.
