The hotel is a real gem in the center of Phnom Penh. The staff are excellent and super helpful. The rooms are a bit small, but they are comfortable, clean and the amenities are great. The bed is very comfortable. The décor and design are very nice and reminiscent of the French colony period so quite romantic in a simple way. The breakfast (not included in my package) is in the coffee shop, which is a super nice and relaxing area of the hotel on the ground floor. Excellent avocado toast and eggs. Staff super nice and great service. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there if I return to PNH.

The pool is beautiful and breakfast was tasty, plentiful and varied and the bedroom absolutely stunning. This hotel is a must for anyone visiting Phnom Penh!

From the time of checking in to checking out... Everything was almost perfect.. ! "Awesome Breakfast" offers a delightful range of morning meals, catering to both Western and local tastes. The continental breakfast includes perfectly cooked eggs, crispy toast, and freshly brewed coffee, providing a familiar and comforting start to the day. For those craving a local twist, the menu shines with flavorful options like fried rice, savory noodles, and aromatic soups. Whether you prefer a classic or want to explore regional cuisine, "Awesome Breakfast" balances both choices, ensuring a satisfying experience for every palate. Special mention to Chheng Heang and Sina who were both very professional in their respective positions, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way (above and beyond) to accommodate my requests which were pretty basic. Even the "house keeping team" (didn't get their names) who were all rounders and not only cleaned and tidied up the rooms but also the entire hotel compound! They were always so keen and courteous to do what they do best !! Another thing that stood out for me was the greenery surrounding the Garden cafe and the pool. This I felt was the most enticing feature, which gave me much comfort everyday. It also kept the entire compound coolish especially when the days hit over 30+degrees C. Overall a very "Comfortable, Soothing & Friendly Stay".

Located 1 km from Aeon Mall Phnom Penh, Times Hotel at Bassac Lane offers 3-star accommodation in Phnom Penh and features an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a shared lounge. I really enjoyed my stay there .The room was very clean and bed so comfortable however the first day breakfast was not what l expected.But am sure it was because of the pressure l gave them since l wanted to leave for my meeting earlier . Otherwise l will definitely come back good location as well ... Friendly staff they always willing to go an extra mile just to make me happy 😊😊😊.
