Room was clean and well-maintained, quiet, staff were professional and friendly, great location close to the Russian Market, great food and coffee in the downstairs cafe, lovely french facade. Great value hotel.

iRoHa Garden Hotel & Resort offers different themed accommodation in Phnom Penh. It features an outdoor swimming pool, tropical garden and spa. The hotel is nestled in a lush green garden, beautiful, peaceful and quiet giving an impression of being in the countryside rather than the centre of the city. My room was clean, simply decorated in Japanese theme. It has refrigerator, electric kettle and hair dryer. The staff are amazing, very polite, helpful and kind. The service is excellent and when you return to the hotel at the end of the day, all the staff greets and says "welcome home" which touch the hearts of most of us guests. This will be my favourite hotel in Phnom Penh from now and is highly recommended.

From the time of checking in to checking out... Everything was almost perfect.. ! "Awesome Breakfast" offers a delightful range of morning meals, catering to both Western and local tastes. The continental breakfast includes perfectly cooked eggs, crispy toast, and freshly brewed coffee, providing a familiar and comforting start to the day. For those craving a local twist, the menu shines with flavorful options like fried rice, savory noodles, and aromatic soups. Whether you prefer a classic or want to explore regional cuisine, "Awesome Breakfast" balances both choices, ensuring a satisfying experience for every palate. Special mention to Chheng Heang and Sina who were both very professional in their respective positions, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way (above and beyond) to accommodate my requests which were pretty basic. Even the "house keeping team" (didn't get their names) who were all rounders and not only cleaned and tidied up the rooms but also the entire hotel compound! They were always so keen and courteous to do what they do best !! Another thing that stood out for me was the greenery surrounding the Garden cafe and the pool. This I felt was the most enticing feature, which gave me much comfort everyday. It also kept the entire compound coolish especially when the days hit over 30+degrees C. Overall a very "Comfortable, Soothing & Friendly Stay".

Never had an issue, just a heads up for new visitors - easy communication with extremely helpful staff through WhatsApp Probably the best value I've found on my travels to PP. Great location and facilities. The rooms have nice sized smart TVs and decent wifi throughout the building, which I've found to be uncommon just about everywhere else I've stayed. That alone makes this place a hidden gem. Also, your stay comes with a TON of freebies. Free drinks, snacks, and they even gave me a wine voucher during my last stay. My go-to hotel in the city and without a doubt soon to be one of the most popular.
