The staffs can not find our reservation because we had maked a reservation late night befor. But they solve this ploblem with professional and we can access to our room very very early morning without any charge. Very helpful Staff and very clean and comfort hotel. Lawson on G floor.

Ideally situated in the centre of Yokohama, Yokohama Tokyu REI Hotel features air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant and free WiFi. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage... This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are large by local standards and everything in the hotel seems new and in good condition. The staff are helpful and speak good English. They were willing to receive a package for me before I arrived and helped arrange a taxi for me when we left. The location of the hotel is very convenient for central Yokohama and the value for money is excellent. The breakfast is really good, with a wide range of both western and Japanese food.

Lovely view right across the bay and of Cosmoworld and Rinku Park. Room was massive in comparison to other hotels we've visited and breakfast had really good options. Lovely hotel
