This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are large by local standards and everything in the hotel seems new and in good condition. The staff are helpful and speak good English. They were willing to receive a package for me before I arrived and helped arrange a taxi for me when we left. The location of the hotel is very convenient for central Yokohama and the value for money is excellent. The breakfast is really good, with a wide range of both western and Japanese food.

Lovely view right across the bay and of Cosmoworld and Rinku Park. Room was massive in comparison to other hotels we've visited and breakfast had really good options. Lovely hotel

Overlooking Yokohama Bay, the Intercontinental boasts a 31st-floor Chinese restaurant and a spa with massages. Rooms have free WiFi and city or bay views. View, location were amazing. Our first room was messy, didn't seem to have been cleaned properly and was stains etc everywhere. After a complaint they upgraded and gave us a free breakfast. Incredible service!!
