The queen room was better looking and bigger in person than in the pictures. The value of the hotel is hard to beat and the location in Yokohama is great. As the hotel is within walking distance of the malls/waterfront and only a short walk away from a metro station.

We stayed here the last night before leaving Japan and it was definitely a great choice. Strategic location: close to subway station and in a walking distance from the main popular attractions, with also restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Very clean and comfortable rooms, with a great view of the surrounding area. Good breakfast buffet, excellent services even if we used the essentials. Very friendly and professional staff. I recommend to stay here for a pleasant discovery of Yokohama.

The view outside of the room is very nice. The location is at the shopping mall and is very convenient. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful.

Minato Mirai Subway Station and Yokohama Museum of Art are a 15-minute train ride away. situated a little distance from the train station so rain can be a challenge .pother wise good quiet and very near to shopping and eating areas.

Super clean, classy, beautiful window view although my room is not bay view. Very convenient to reach all attractions by foot. Our luggage were delivered from Shinjuku and moved to our room before check in Moving walkway from outside Sakuragicho station to hotel. Airport limousine bus stop just in front of hotel and staff assist to arrange luggage and boarding. Teppan yaki served in hotel restaurant is really nice, thanks to the friendly chef. Will stay again.
