The room was spacious and clean, everything was so perfect. I booked a room to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and when I told the staff they prepared a letter and a box of chocolates for him! My partner was so pleased. A but thank you to the staff for being so kind and considerate. My partner and I often stay at hotels, but we both agreed that this is definitely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at!

We arrived at hotel very early morning. The staffs can not find our reservation because we had maked a reservation late night befor. But they solve this ploblem with professional and we can access to our room very very early morning without any charge. Very helpful Staff and very clean and comfort hotel. Lawson on G floor.

The location is good. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is small but comfortable, with a comfortable bed. Everything is clean. We had dinner in Smoke room, excellent food and service!

Overlooking Yokohama Bay, the Intercontinental features a 31st-floor Chinese restaurant and a spa with massages. Rooms have free WiFi and city or bay views. Staff is really kind and professional. Japanese service is by far the best in the world. rooms are clean & view is beautiful. I recommend !
