Luxurious , comfortable, spotless, and in an excellent location. Our room on the 58th floor offered the best view of Yokohama. Highly recommended!

The Knot has a lovely atmosphere from the bar/lounge on the first floor, to the check-in lobby on the second floor, to the guest rooms themselves.

Great value for money when booked ahead of time. Big rooms for Japan cities. Friendly staff. No problem for our son to use the sofa bed at no extra charge and that was really appreciated. Nice foyer. Good location if you want to be near the station.
