Ideally situated in the Toshima district of Tokyo, APA Hotel Yamanote Otsuka Eki Tower is situated a 2-minute walk from Otsukadai Park. The breakfast was not bad, but perhaps not what I am used to when travelling to other countries. As this was the only hotel breakfast I have tried in Japan, I do not have any points of comparison.

The hotel is very well positioned close to the metro and provides easy access to all the major tourists attractions thanks to this. Staff is also very helpful and kind, and the hotel was very clean and quiet. I will definitely be booking the hotel again on my next trip.

It might be too tight for 2 persons wifh luggage The toilet and bath space is spacious and clean The check in and check out process is easy and efficient There is no daily housekeeping instead basic amenities are given everyday There are coin laudry microwave vending machine and ironing board available for use The onsen was great The TV system was also a great way to.monitor your stay and various activities in the hotel

Conveniently located a 4-minute walk from JR Ikebukuro Station east exit, Keio Presso Inn Ikebukuro features compact rooms with free WiFi. Great location. not far from Ikebukuro Station, shopping stores, many good cafe & restaurants. Moreover the guest can enjoy relaxing times at Minami-Ikebukuro Park which located just behide the hotel. The staffs were very helpful. The price was resonable.

Situated just a 5-minute walk from JR Ikebukuro Station, the Super Hotel Inn Ikebukuro-Eki Kitaguchi offers cosy guest rooms and paid Japanese-style breakfast. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The staff were very helpful. It was my first onsen experience in Japan, so I didn't know what to expect. I asked the staff at the reception counter for advice, and they very gladly gave me an introduction to onsen etiquette. The staff I asked was actually male and wasn't familiar with the female bathhouse, but he made sure to check with his colleagues before giving me the information, which was very kind of him. The onsen was quiet when I got in, not many people were using it. There's only 1 pool available, but it's more than enough for a good soak after a long day. I would recommend bringing your own makeup cleanser as the one provided may not be powerful enough for a deep cleanse if you wear thick makeup. The hotel provides a choice of amenities at the reception desk, and even a drinks bar during nighttime! It was definitely one of the most welcoming hotels I've been to!

A 2-minute walk from JR Mejiro Station on Tokyo's Yamanote Train Line (loop line), Richmond Hotel Tokyo Mejiro offers Western-style rooms with free Wi-Fi and an air purifier. Everything. Very close to Yamanote Line, 3 minute walk, so you can reach the rest of Tokio quite easily. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room is super clean and comfortable. Family Mart is just across the street and it's 24/7. :)

Hotel Resol Ikebukuro is only a 2-minute walk from Exit 1 of Higashi Ikebukuro Station on the Yurakucho Subway Line. The hotel is just great. Its value for money is beyond expectations.
