Ideally located in the Taito district of Tokyo, KOKO HOTEL Residence Asakusa Kappabashi is set 200 metres from Kinryu Park, 400 metres from Sogenji Temple and 400 metres from Akiba Shrine. The room I reserved was very spacious and came with a well equipped kitchen and 2 different areas to sit/eat which was great for a longer stay. It is rare to find that much space in Tokyo at an affordable price. Everything was perfect and I really enjoyed discovering the little local restaurants and cafe nearby.

Clean, spacious rooms with a good view. Bed was really good and the adjustable lights were a nice surprise. There was umbrellas to borrow in the lobby.

Fantastic value for money, big room for family of five. Man at the desk was just lovely. Washing was so easy to organise and cheap. Room exceptionally clean. Five to ten minutes walk to metro station and to asakusa central, which meant it was nice and quiet, but easy to wander around asakusa which was a highlight of the trip. Super easy to get to ueno station which was a major train station hub to Narita airport and everywhere else. Can’t wait to go back!
