Situated within 600 metres of Minato Kumin Centre and less than 1 km of Isoji Central Park, JA Hotel Bentencho 弁天町 features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Osaka. The Staff are actually nice, I arrived late during the day and had to do online check-in. The instructions was clear, maybe if they had picture guide it will even be easier. So I struggled a bit with to get the key. Once I entered the room, I was surprised by a nice letter from the hotel and complementary snacks. Lastly, they provide essential items like brush, hair comb, towels as much you want, shaving kit...etc and there is coin laundry very close to the hotel.

Both the ldies at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient and close to metro and convienient stores.
