We had the 15th floor suite which was spacious and comfortable. Lots of room for the 4 of us and all our luggage. The location was excellent, right near Shin-Osaka station and the Midosuji subway line which meant we could easily get where we needed to. The neighbourhood was relatively quiet with some restaurants around which was nice on those nights we didn't want to deal with the crowds in Osaka and Namba.

Super Hotel JR Shin-Osaka Higashiguchi offers Western-style accommodations with free wired internet access. Many thoughtful details along with a genuine dedication to sustainable practices. I came in out of a downpour to check in, was soaking wet and the thoughtful staff welcomed me with a towel to dry off first thing. Later, when I went out for food, staff directed me to where they keep the umbrellas for visitor use. The thoughtfulness didn't stop there... my room was detailed down to the crisply clean and pleated shower curtain. A choice of nine different kind pillows, pajamas and green tea helped make be feel right at home here.

Conveniently situated just a 4-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Shinkansen Station East exit, Shin-Osaka Station Hotel offers cosy rooms with a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. I like that they are focus on sustainability. Have the “take what you need” concept. It felt so new and clean. The design is also thoughtful with common places for food drinks etc. There is also a relax corner. Also the counter staff is English speaking as well.

We had a great time staying here. The breakfast was awesome! We had great Japanese breakfast which was different everyday. We stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast combination was really nice. Staff was lovely.
