Room was beautiful with traditional Tatami mats and Shuji screens with mattress beds on the floor - super spacious. Breakfast was nice served on a tray at your table. I prefer buffet where you can choose what youd like to eat but this was nice Japanese flavours

Situated in the city of Nagano, Kurobe Kanko Hotel is a 15-minute public bus ride from JR Shinano-Omachi Train Station. We had a very relaxing stay in this hotel. staff are very nice and helpful. the onsen is great. the dinner has a variety of choices and my little one approves it :)

Boasting various hot spring baths including open-air baths and foot baths, Hotel Keisui offers traditional Japanese-style guestrooms. It provides a ski storage/dry room and free Wi-Fi at public... The staff were exceptional and the meals they provided were very well prepared; it was a small team and they have made us feel very relaxed and welcomed during our stay. The traditional ryokan experience was one of the best we had of Japan. Love the place!

I won't go into too much detail unless I accidentally write an essay. But this was easily the best, most comfortable, friendliest, most beautiful, equipped and wonderful place my partner and I stayed on any of my previous trips to Japan.
