Everyone that welcomed me was nothing but amazing. I was offered a free upgrade for my guest did not show up. I was also offered breakfast. I was really happy that Kiyomi, one of the concierge, spoke to me and also offered a lot of restaurant recommendations. Everyone at the vicinity was so nice. The room was beautiful with a breathtaking view. The sauna was also very relaxing and is half in door and half outdoors. I loved it. Not only that but I had to leave early. The hotel gave me refund for the last day! I have never had that before. Where the hotel not only did not charge me but refunded me even though I had a booking. Exceptional. Everything. I would definitely stay here again.
