The location is great, with easy access to Piazzale Roma and the vaporetto and airport shuttle.

The location of this hotel is perfect near the train station and then the bus station as we took a bus to the airport to leave Venice or you can take the boatI did not know that a full served breakfast was included in the rate. the hotel staff were more than accommodating and you leave your key at the front desk whenever you leave the hotel so the security is good. When we checked and she stated that they had upgraded us to a superior room without us even asking the room was very quiet

With panoramic views over the Grand Canal, Hotel Palazzo Giovanelli dates back to the 16th century. Saint Mark's Square is just 2 stops away on the water bus. Hotel is beautiful. We booked the gran canal facing suite. Really nice large room with terrific views. And the staff were crazy accommodating and nice. And helped with restaurants and what to do to get around.

The hotel was really nice and in a great location, walking distance to all main attractions. We booked a double room, but we got upgraded to a superior double on arrival which was very nice of them. The staff was really helpful and gave us a lot of useful informations about restaurants and other activities.
