Absolutely amazing hotel staff, would guve all the praise to Sergiu, who welcomed us at the hotel, suggested us restaurants and found answers to all our questions. Good breakfast, very nice room! veey quiet and the kids loved it too.

This hotel is amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful and the minute you have a request they deal with it and the same moment. The room was clean and the facilities were top notch. The location is great as it is close to all of the main attractions in Venice.

Everything was beyond exceptional! Clean rooms, comfortable bed with amazing pillows! The hallway looks a lot like a boat, which is amazing! Breakfast was by far the best we had in Italy, they have fruits, vegetables, meat and cheese, omelette, lots of sweets. Amazing! As for the staff, we could not ask for better! They were all super friendly and kind to us!! Especially Stefano from front desk and Mr. Murad (I hope I got the name right) the concierge. Exceptional people, always willing to help. We will for sure come back. We already recommended this hotel to our friends and family! Also, let's not forget about the view!! Amazing!

Ruzzini Palace Hotel terletak di Campo Santa Maria Formosa, salah satu alun-alun terbesar dan tertua di Venesia. The room was fabulous! The staff was incredibly nice. The small bar was wonderful as well in the evening. We plan on returning.

Londra Palace Venezia terletak di Riva degli Schiavoni, hanya 5 menit berjalan kaki dari Alun-alun St. Mark. Hotel ini menawarkan Wi-Fi gratis, dan kamar-kamar dengan perabotan antik. This hotel has been our favorite in three weeks. It is so beautiful and in the best imaginable location. Breakfast and cocktails are divine and the staff is incredible. Hotel Londra Palace is a definite winner. Luxury at it’s best.

Set in a 15th-century building behind St. Mark’s Square, the small, elegant Relais Venezia is located in one of the city's oldest and smallest streets. Location is very good, between Rialto and San Marco. Room was also OK, with bath we enjoyed. Many thanks for Federico and Leonardo being so attentive, they sent us restaurant recommendations and everything else we asked for.

Palazzo Priuli offers a quiet location and canal-view rooms, a 5-minute walk from St. Mark's Square and the Bridge of Sighs. The hotel is housed in a 14-century building set on the banks of 2 canals. We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. The room was phenomenal! The staff was attentive to our every need and they all seemed genuinely concerned about making sure we had the best experience possible. I would recommend this property to anyone. They helped make our 1st trip to Venice magical. When we come back, we will definitely be staying with them again.
