Amazing staff, they were so nice and helpful. Some other guests did a bit of noise in the first night, and when we complained at the reception the lady was super helpful and guaranteed it would not happen again and indeed that was the case. I really liked this hotel. It was a pleasant stay. I stayed with my mother. This Hotel is in an excellent location, and is walkable to St Peter's Basilica church. The room type was Triple room. It was very spacious. The view from my room was fantastic. Beds were nice and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and modern. The staff at the 24 hour reception were friendly. Not sure if I can mention their names. I have never seen such a helpful staff and they went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, especially the fresh juices. The staff at the breakfast were really nice to us. I will certainly choose this hotel again.

Hosted in a building from the early 1900s, Hotel Paolo II offers accommodation in a quiet courtyard in Rome, a 15-minute walk from the Vatican Museums. The hotel is 1.6 km from Ottaviano Metro... It was our Honey Moon, everything was amazing, the room was extra very clean, the staff is too kind and they speak Italian, English and Spanish, so don't worry about the language. We had a big surprise from the staff due our honey moon. You will see in the photos. Location is beyond great, easy access to train stops and bus stops, walk time to Vatican City, 10 min to Trevi Fountain and Collosseo by bus.
