Staff are very good and rooms are well appointed. We had a problem with the bathroom basin. Staff could not rectify the problem so offered to change us to a new more superior room. Amazing staff, perfect location, a wonderful free coffee and cookies bar, small room but organised perfectly and very clean, a very comfortable bed. Although the building is under construction it was mainly unnoticed and we were spared the city tax so it was really fine. Definitely will come back.
