Location was great for first timers in Rome, a 5-min walk from the Pantheon and less than 10-mins from Piazza Navona - excellent for sightseeing and shopping. The staff also made our experience memorable as they were very thoughtful and shared good tips during our 3-day visit in Rome. Thank you to Mark, Dave and Gly from reception who made our stay and visit in Rome memorable especially for their company during the Christmas breakfast. they really made an effort to make it a jolly and festive breakfast time. thank you! Rooms were clean and modern-looking. Booked the Junior suite for 3 people which gave us ample space and privacy.

Set next to Italian Parliament in the famous pedestrian square of Piazza Montecitorio, Hotel Nazionale offers elegant rooms with a flat-screen TV, and free WiFi throughout. We stayed in Hotel Nazionale for 3 nights. All staff we met along the way were lovely & very helpful. The location is central to everything, a few mins walk from Trevi Fountain, we went every evening. Breakfast had a little bit of everything, perfect fuel for the days of exploring Rome. The rooms were perfect, lots of space, quiet at night & were cleaned each day while we were out exploring, We booked a transfer to the airport(FCO) & all went to plan. I would highly recommend staying here & I hope to come back again.

Best customer service can’t even compare it to other hotels in Europe and a special shout out to Ruggero, Soraya and Grace they were very helpful, kind, polite and sweet The rooms are so spacious and clean. Hotel location is the best, walking distance to everything.

Excellent experience at this hotel. The staff was cordial and welcoming. The property is grand, with a central stairway multiple rooms on floor 1, and apparently original fresco's that have been preserved. Original artwork adorns the walls. Excellent housekeeping and staff! Spacious room for 2 people, and ergonomic too. I would not hesitate to book here again. As a bonus, after we asked, the guy who works at breakfast and/or the bar recommended an excellent restaurant one night and booked reservations for us. Very friendly service! This was an excellent experience check-in to check-out. Thanks alot to the entire team! I really loved this hotel!
