It takes around 10 minutes to walk into collesium which made it perfect spot to start my journey. I rested well as it was quiet and breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend.

Located 600 metres from the Testaccio area and a short walk across the Tiber River to the Trastevere area, Hotel Major Aventinus offers rooms with views of the garden or street. Amazing gem in a fantastic quiet neighborhood. The staff were great. The room was warm and cosy and the breakfast was amazing well worth the 7 eur. It is an extremely beautiful old building with lots of green around. Will come back for sure next time we're in Rome.

Located on the Aventino, one of Rome's 7 hills, Santa Prisca is 10 minutes' walk from FAO headquarters and 400 metres from Piramide Metro Station. Parking and internet are free. Very friendly and accommodating staff, always ensuring that I was comfortable and having a clean room. Very delicious breakfast in the mornings. Very close to various forms of public transit to get I to Rome or arriving from outside the city. Allowed me to check out a little past 11 AM which gave me the time to make a few important calls in a different time zone. Would love to return one day and will always reccomend to any type of traveller you visits Rome.

In the centre of Rome, Hotel Aventino is located on the quiet Aventine Hill, a 10-minute walk from Circo Massimo Metro. It features elegant rooms and free WiFi throughout. I had a very nice room that wasn’t in the hotel proper. It was spacious and up to date. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Aventino hill is a lovely area.

The design hotel Abitart is situated in the heart of the Ostiense neighbourhood, close to Ostiense Railway and Metro Station, which provides quick access to all of Rome, including Fiumicino Airport. Everything was wonderful, including the room with little terrace and the pleasantness of the staff.

Hotel Villa San Pio is located on Rome's green Aventine Hill. Made up of 3 separate villas, and quiet gardens. The elegant rooms feature wood floors and decorative walls. Excellent place, quiet, with excellent service and beautiful garden.
