Villa Tower Inn is just 600 metres from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and Piazza dei Miracoli square. Offering free Wi-Fi, this property is set in a restored historic villa from the 1920s. The staff went above and beyond. My grandparents were late in from their flight and had tea and coffee made for them. Breakfast was also very good. Help with the bags was also greatly appreciated! Just be prepared for stairs 😊

Only 100 metres from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Hotel Francesco is set in central Via Santa Maria. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a fridge and tea/coffee maker. Even though we did not get to stay here as our flight was cancelled last minute, I received quick responses and very personalised service. Within minutes of booking they had already confirmed and ensured that a cot was provided for my toddler. They were very responsive on email too. I am sad we did not get to stay here but really appreciated the level of service!
