The hotel was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was very involved. If I come to Milan again, I would like to keep the same hotel. I would advise.

They let me check in at around 9am with no extra charge as I had arrived by overnight train and was exhausted. They spoke no English but were very kind and made every effort to help and used Google translate when necessary. They greeted me every time I came downstairs, and gave me hot coffee and croissant for breakfast with a smile. I'm pretty sure I was the only guest here, as I never saw anyone else. The mattress was a highlight as it was memory foam and really helped me sleep well. They also had AC in the room (at no extra charge). There are public transport stops nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. Overall, very comfy and I would come back))
