What’s not to like about an elegant small hotel such as this in the heart of Lucca. On check in we got a great briefing of what to do in town and took the manager’s advice and attended the Puccini and Verde opera in a 1600 era cathedral. A high point. We also walked along the medieval walls of the town. The hotel was great. Breakfast was yummy, with pancakes and eggs and all of the continental goodies. We did book one room for each of us. Two tall people in these small European rooms wears thin on long trips (snoring included). So that made this stay pricey for us.

Highlights at Hotel Alla Corte degli Angeli include free Wi-Fi and elegantly decorated rooms. チワワ2頭を連れての2回目の利用で2泊しました。中心部の観光には最適です。宿の前に駐車場があるので、車でのアクセスも良く、大きな荷物があったので助かりました。部屋は壁に風景や花の絵が描かれていて癒されます。犬たちもリラックスしていました。バスタブがあったのも嬉しかったです。1階のレストランが休業中だったのは残念でしたが、朝食は種類も多く、とてもおいしかったです。スタッフの方は皆さん親切で、リクエストへの対応も迅速でした。ホテルのサービスではありませんが、歩いて3分くらいの所にコインランドリーもあって便利でした。

Set in Lucca's historic centre, 650 metres from Piazza Anfiteatro, Palazzo Dipinto offers spacious rooms with free WiFi. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. The hotel is great. The location is perfect, the room was clean and with a very nice view, and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel also has its own garage, which is very practical and indeed often essential in Lucca when arriving by car. We also loved the breakfast and the food in general, which had many healthy and organic choices.

Great location, quiet place, small and cozy hotel, the room is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed only for one night with a proper breakfast, but since we had to leave early, the staff organized breakfast for us in the evening with fruits, juices and sweet pastries, for which special thanks to them)
