This elegant 4-star hotel features a rooftop terrace overlooking the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella. It offers a varied hot and cold buffet breakfast and a central location in Florence. We celebrated 40 years of marriage and stayed at this hotel which gave us an outstanding experience. Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Amazingly helpful staff, very mice room, A rich and varied breakfast (including scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes and salad leaves, a selection of hard cheeses and a selection of sausages, fruit and fruit salad, yogurt. Various juices. Personal service of tea and coffee including cappuccino and a variety of jams). We will be happy to come back again and will recommend friends and family to stay there. Special thanks to all the hotel staff for the wonderful hospitality and especially to Manuela and Andreana.

This hotel was perfect. Everything was clean, it smelled clean, facilities were great. Beautiful restaurant and the food was exceptional. The best thing is they had a smart tv in the room. This is very comforting when you’re in a foreign country and at night all you want to do is watch some tv that you’re used to. The staff were also so very helpful and friendly.

I only stayed one night, for work. When I travel for work I like to stay somewhere that feels like home. The room was cozy, beautiful, warm, cosy. Lots of freebies including a packet of pasta and a handwritten welcome message. Wow! Really a lot of customer care, friendly staff, very comfortable bed. I will definitely be back. PS: the bar room with the library is lovely.

Excellent location. Beds were very comfortable including the single for my daughter. Breakfast was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.
