A 5-star hotel set in an 18th-century building, Relais Santa Croce is one of the most luxurious, stylish and elegant properties in the historic centre of Florence. Without question, this hotel was the highlight of our month long journey around Italy. It starts when you walk into the building. The air-conditioned lobby smells like roses, and the decor is beautiful. Our room was exceptional. There is no other way to describe it. Beautiful views. Amazing facilities. Close to everything. But our highlight was the reception staff - especially Giovanni. We were lucky enough to have the men and women who work at this hotel look after us and be extremely helpful. Giovanni and Dorina made sure we could get dinner reservations and contacted tours for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We are so grateful that we stayed here.

This new hotel was everything we could wish for. The location is great. It is a ten minute walk to the old town and a very easy stroll along the river to the Ponte Vecchio, but away from the crowds and noise. It was spotlessly clean with plenty of lovely fluffy white towels. And tastefully decorated. The rooms were soundproofed with beautiful soft covered walls and double glazed windows. We slept so well both nights as it was quiet and with internal shutters, you could make the room nice and dark. The staff are amazing! They were all so helpful with restaurant recommendations and helped us out when we were having trouble with booking a car. We will be highly recommending in this to friends that are looking for a great hotel in Florence.

Conveniently set in the centre of Florence, The Sonetto powered by Sonder provides buffet breakfast and free WiFi. Staff made exellent high professional job. Also valet parking is very convinient and helpful.

Set on the historic Via Ghibellina in central Florence, La Casa di Morfeo is a 15-minute walk from Piazza della Signoria square and the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Great location. The hotel was max 15 minutes walk near the center.

Just 500 metres from Basilica di Santa Croce Church, this unique design hotel offers white minimalist rooms with free Wi-Fi. The Uffizi Gallery is a 12-minute walk away. Favio was super helpful. The lady who welcomed us was also super helpful. Late check in was allowed. Favio parked the car for us properly and even brought it back on time so as to avoid getting us overcharged! I would 100% stay here again.

Great location and our host was amazing!! Had so many recommendations and even booked our taxi to get back. Would recommend to all my friends!

This late 19th-century building is set along Arno River, just off Piazza Santa Croce and a 10-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception. They were amazing! All the staff are friendly and helpful, specially Matteo, Gabriella e Brikena. This is a place to feel the kindness of this people.

Hotel Bodoni is 500 metres from Florence Cathedral. It provides free city maps and free Wi-Fi in public areas. Breakfast was very good and enough, hotel workers were lovely and they helped us where to eat, where to go, etc. Hotel is very safe and the location is very good.
