A 5-star hotel set in an 18th-century building, Relais Santa Croce is one of the most luxurious, stylish and elegant properties in the historic centre of Florence. Without question, this hotel was the highlight of our month long journey around Italy. It starts when you walk into the building. The air-conditioned lobby smells like roses, and the decor is beautiful. Our room was exceptional. There is no other way to describe it. Beautiful views. Amazing facilities. Close to everything. But our highlight was the reception staff - especially Giovanni. We were lucky enough to have the men and women who work at this hotel look after us and be extremely helpful. Giovanni and Dorina made sure we could get dinner reservations and contacted tours for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We are so grateful that we stayed here.

A wonderful suite hotel with modern, stylish decor. Brand new. The staff (the owners) are great hosts and beds are amazing. And the location is great - a short walk along the Arno river to Uffizi, but away from the buzy tourist center.

Set on the historic Via Ghibellina in central Florence, La Casa di Morfeo is a 15-minute walk from Piazza della Signoria square and the Ponte Vecchio bridge. A very very friendly and helpful staff. Very cozy room with all the facilities.

The hotel is located in a quiet street only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the cities main attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful and the valet car parking is a bonus if you arrive with your own car.

Situated in Florence, less than 1 km from Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Friends of Michelangelo features express check-in and check-out and free WiFi throughout the property. The location was excellent, within walking distance to all the historical sites, restaurants and grocery stores. Nice comfortable bed in a quiet room. The owner, Max, was super friendly and helpful. He suggested many great sites and restaurants..

I’m highly recommend this hotel! so fancy and safety place. very comfortable accommodation also, I had a B-Day, when I’ve arrived. receptionist was so kind and welcome. it was really nice

This late 19th-century building is set along Arno River, just off Piazza Santa Croce and a 10-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception. Very friendly staff, willing to help. Good kitchen, great location, especially for people traveling by car (easy to reach with no restrictions).

Set right on the bank of the Arno River, Plaza Hotel Lucchesi is 10 minutes’ walk from Piazza della Signoria. It boasts air-conditioned rooms, a 24-hour reception and traditional restaurant. Everything was perfect. The location along the Arno made it easy to reach everything. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable (with a view of Santa Croce and the Duomo). The rooftop bar had the best views I've ever experienced at a bar in Florence (and I've lived in Florence). Lastly, we were traveling with 2 small dogs and the hotel was friendly and accommodating to them.

Hotel Bodoni is 500 metres from Florence Cathedral. It provides free city maps and free Wi-Fi in public areas. Location is perfect and all the staff are nice. Very clean
