Especially want to tell "Thank you very much!" for lady on reception - from my point of view that how should be ideal Hotel manager - very friendly, nice and sympathetic - it was a pleasure to communicate and interact with her! And Hotel is on high standard of everything - really pleasant to stay here.

Well situated in the centre of Florence, Palazzo Bianca Cappello Residenza d'Epoca is within 300 metres of Pitti Palace and 600 metres of Strozzi Palace. Incredible historical building with an amazing story behind it. Very nice decoration and vintage pieces of furniture that preserve the identity that of the place. Staff were so helpful and supportive and welcoming and the location is a waking distance of all the attractions

Gracious, informative and helpful. You should give him a raise. Staff like him are rare and they should be cultivated!

Everything about the Room especially the size, The hotel service is the absolute best. The hotel location is great. Quiet and in a great city location. The room location within the hotel was great. The breakfast is very good.

Set in the 13th-century Rossi Tower next to Ponte Vecchio, Hotel Pitti Palace features a panoramic roof terrace with beautiful city views. It offers free Wi-Fi. The location is exceptional! Right in the south side of historical Ponte Vecchio bridge, it is a short walk from absolutely every attraction. They also really looked after us and with it being my 40th birthday I really appreciated that extra attentiveness. Super clean as well! And the hotel restaurant on the top floor with the view of Palazzo Vecchio and the Duomo are reason enough to stay there.

Palazzo Guadagni Hotel is set in a 16th-century building in a quiet square 5 minutes' walk from the Ponte Vecchio. It has a roof garden with lovely views. The room was grandiose and I felt like royalty!
