The facilities, large variety in the breakfast spread, clean spacious rooms and bathroom. A TV screen while having a bath. The little practical alarm clock/charging Dock on the bedside table allowed us to charge our powerbanks, and the amazing linen and pillows made the biggest difference. The staff are ALL wonderful. The travel desk manager went above and beyond, and it was such a breeze to make arrangements for us or to translate to our uber drivers.

Itz a nice cozy property in the serene milieu of Koregaon Park. The owner over phone was very courteous. The Staff are really helpful & professional. In most of the budget hotels staff are rude & very inquisitive...... unlike here. Rooms are good at this modest price...all rooms AC. Overall, A MUST VISIT.

Well set in the Koregaon Park district of Pune, Hotel Sunshine Near Inox is located 1.9 miles from Bund Garden, 2.2 miles from Aga Khan Palace and 2.7 miles from Pune Junction Train Station. The bed and pillow was neat and clean, the bathroom was very clean. Very polite and cooperative.

Hotel Phenix is located in central Pune, opposite the Army Sports Institute and 3.1 mi from Osho, 1.9 mi from Pune train station and 5 mi from the Pune International Airport. The entire staff was very cooperative and dedicated to serve there customers. The rooms were clean and food taste great aswell.
