Offering an outdoor swimming pool, garden and terrace, LA VILLA is located 500 metres from Sri Aurobindo Ashram, 1 km from the popular Goubert Market and 1.5 km from Pondicherry Railway Station. Immediately after step in gates of La Villa you are engulfed by clean, tidy, welcoming,stylish, authentical-colonial environment. Location of the hotel is probably the best in Pondichery- in the center of French quarter(cleaner, more stylish eating, shopping and coffee places quarter) and within walkable distance from the beach. There are only 6 rooms in the property, therefore you get privacy and for example pool area was only for us :) The food was also great (we had breakfast and dinner there) and the surrounding highly contributes having any dining experience here. The other gem of this boutique hotel is its Personnel: they take extra mile in order to full fill your request and make you feel exceptional. By the way we also stayed 1 night in Villa Shanti and both these locations (La Villa & Villa Shanti) are a little bit different ( to some extent) however both are highly recommended for staying in Pondicherry.

YOU WILL NOT REGRET STAYING THERE. HOTEL : Eco and budget friendly , beautiful with great interior design, clean and well located. The hotel is similar as per the pictures on Booking.com. This hotel is famous as it has been displayed in movies. Lots of people always taking pictures outside the hotel. STAFFS : Special thanks to Mr Adrien, Mr Kalay , Ms Yoshita , the GM Mr Dino, the restaurant staffs . You all made our stay amazing and made us felt at home. ❤️ From day 1, all the staffs were so kind, always smiling and willing to go extra miles. ROOM : The room was spacious, clean and had all the required amneties ( TV with local and international channels ,mini bar , hair dryer, water , fruits , fan , AC , Shampoo , Moisturiser, dental kit , hot water, Iron on request etc..) BED : One of the most comfortable bed we had. We slept so well . If we had more days, we would extend our stay just to spend our day in bed . POOL : Clean, beautiful and so relaxing. FOOD : Fresh and tasty food. We still talked about that " mushroom sandwich " during our breakfast time at home. LOCATION : Lively street close to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and tourist places. You can easily find rickshaw and there is a starbucks next to the hotel . We will consider the other CGH hotels for our other vacays !!

Conveniently situated in Puducherry, Petit Palais provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. We had requested an upgrade to deluxe room and were extremely happy when we were given a suite! The hotel was lovely and quiet, and the dining room was pleasant. The breakfasts were always delicious, as was the lunch we had there the first day. The staff were always polite and helpful, Shankar and Riswana were always ready to assist with our car arrangements, suggestions for restaurants, and also organized a scooter rental which was fun! Thanks again for a lovely stay! We'll be back.

Well set in Puducherry, Le Colonial Suites provides a continental breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. Everything. Superbly located, this clean and comfortable hotel was a minute walk from the beach and super close to the hubbub of Pondicherry. The staff - Ramesh and Kamlesh - were super helpful, particularly when I needed a phone charger and also when my taxi didn't arrive. Thank you guys!

Ideally set in Puducherry, VILLA DU OCEAN features air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace. The property has a bar, as well as a restaurant serving Indian cuisine. Excellent hotel in a great location next to the beach, would highly recommend. Shoutout to the very helpful staff (Ms Delphin was exceptional), who were kind enough to upgrade one of my rooms so we could all stay on the same floor. The breakfast was sumptuous with a spread of South Indian options.
