We did with airport pick up this was also excellent I would recommend this to everybody! The room was big and clean with all you need. Hot water was always available the restaurant was amazing on the rooftop also with Ganga view! Again my compliments for the staff they all are beautiful people with a warm heart we felt so welcome. The location is top, Ganga aarti every evening around the corner, all the ghats on walking distance, stores, market all is close.

Right on the banks of the Ganges River, the secluded Palace on Steps is only accessible by foot, 10 minutes from the road. Staff was very helpful and nice. Location was on point on the ghats felt like staying in a palace room on the river.
