The guy managing the property was very nice and helpful. When we experienced an issue with our sink, he prompted to provide a solution and also change our room. When we declined the offer, since we only had one more day from our stay, he offered a late check in, which was amazing since we had a late flight. Vitalis was very accommodating and friendly.
