Istana Balian - Boutique Hotel Resort features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a bar and shared lounge in Selemadeg. I can't begin to explain my love for this place, and the people who own it and the staff who maintain it. The pool is. fantastic, the breakfast is wonderful, the vibe here is so great I made friends I will have for a lifetime - including Michael, the owner, who made me feel welcome and appreciated. I've been to 36 countries - I've never stayed in a more welcoming place with a villa that was everything Bali was in my mind. I would definitely come back.

Cool hotel, we were pleasantly surprised that for such a price we got cleanliness and comfort. Asya's furniture is new. The bed is clean. The hotel itself after the renovation. The beach is a minute's walk.)

The villa’s cleaning and gardening staff were excellent.

The amazing location of the Villa, with an awesome outdoor area with the pool made it so relaxing. Arsa was an incredible host, always willing to help us and kept the Villa in an excellent condition!

Nestled within tropical greenery, Gubug Balian Beach Bungalow is situated 20 metres from Balian Beach surf break. It features simple rooms with private terraces or balconies. Gubug is the bomb! It's my 4th stay there. Staff are awesome, location is excellent and the atmosphere relaxed. Food is great. 1min walk and you're in the surf or if its mid day and the sand is hot it's a 30sec sprint.
