We went in December and it was right across from the Christmas markets below St Stephen's basilica, and next to the fashion street of budapest and walking distance to the parliament buildings and so many more of the key attractions. The inside of the accommodation was so lovely, modern but cozy and so well equipped with everything we needed! Eyal, our host, literally thought of everything we could possibly need and was so proactive at sending us directions and instructions on how to get in the building etc and even sent us a fantastic list of attractions and restaurants etc to try. We could not be happier with our experience at his place!

Boasting a garden, a terrace as well as a bar, Alice Hotel is situated in the centre of Budapest, less than 1 km from House of Terror. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Everything was very well maintained and clean. Breakfast felt fresh and had enough to choose from. Beds were comfortable. The hotel is located a bit further from the city center and the main attractions but we didn't mind that as there is a metroline running regularly and a metrostation close by.

Attractively set in Budapest, T62 Hotel features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a bar. The hotel was great. It has an amazing design with different sort of graffiti paintings around the common areas which was very eye-catching. The breakfast was what you'd expect from a hotel breakfast, it had a good variety and there was something new to try everyday, so that was good. The staff were very polite and seemed like they all actually enjoyed doing their job. They even left me a birthday surprise and a card in my room as one of the days I was staying there happened to be my birthday. I've stayed in hotels before on my birthday and this wasn't always the case - so kudos to the hotel staff for being so kind and taking care of their guests.
