The property is close to Cathedral St. From the moment we parked our car in the hotel's private parking lot and were picked up to be taken to the hotel, until the moment we left, everything was great. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of everywhere. Rovinj is a small but energetic, colorful place. The hotel also exhibits an image befitting Rovinj. Our room was very clean and in good condition. Breakfast was also very satisfying for us. Many thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. Wish we could stay a little longer.

The hotel is small and inside of Venice style architecture building positioned on one of the "main" streets of Rovinj old town. Location is perfect for visiting everything you want to see in Rovinj, for a nice evening walk and just couple of steps away from good restaurants. Hotel does not have elevator - this is expected due to the building - stairs might be too steep (for some older people). The breakfast organized outside on small terrace is just great idea - its private and not on the street (as mostly others have). Employees are very kind and helpful. It is great to see them smile and see they enjoy their work.

Featuring sea views and free WiFi, Loreto LYA SEA VIEW APARTMENTS features accommodation attractively set in the centre of Rovinj, within a short distance of Baluota Beach, Mulini Beach and Sveti... Owner Leo came and picked us up when we got lost on the way to the apartment, carried our suitcases up, was very friendly and helpful. The apartments are colorful, fun, vintage style decor, cozy, with a stunning view of the sea. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to stay extra just to have more time in these apartments. We wished our itinerary allowed for more time in Rovinj and in these apartments. Highly recommended.
