We are lucky to stay in many 5-star establishments everywhere, and I admit to having been impressed several times by The Peninsula Hong Kong. The pickup service and Juliette's warm reception were perfect and we immediately understood that this hotel is unique. The attention to detail, the responsiveness of the staff, room facilities are excellent. We thank Juliette for her professionalism, her smile and her know-how for making our stay perfect. Designed by famous local architects, the stylish Hotel ICON enjoys harbour views in Tsim Sha Tsui East Kowloon. It presents a rooftop outdoor heated pool, pampering spa services and a health club. Beautiful , very well designed spacious room with a view of the harbour. Breakfast was simply outstanding ! Service levels of the staff is a big 10 ! Extremely happy with the experience and would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to all.

Occupying a prime waterfront location overlooking Victoria Harbour, InterContinental Hong Kong features fitness facilities. Every time we go to Hongkong we stay at that hotel - it is a wonderful hotel with excellent service and super friendly staff. The rooms are all well equipped and if you have a room with harbour view - it can´t be better - and beds are exceptionally comfortable. Also the location of the hotel is perfect: nearby the harbour front and by walking distance to the ferry station. Also nearby very good restaurants and bars and shopping malls - so everything is perfect there. We for sure come back into this hotel

Located in the lively Tsim Sha Tsui District and only steps from MTR East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, Kowloon Shangri-La overlooks Victoria Harbour. What an absolutely amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The hotel was superb, clean with outstanding service. Location is also great as everything is near by or less than 30min in a taxi. Great for families. The atmosphere over Christmas was truly wonderful
