Right next to two taverns which ,without exageration were one of the best o have been in, close to supermarket approximately 5 min walk to it, and ofcourse right at the beach! The beach is not one of the best in greece, the sand was rocky but the view is amazing and also its right at your doorstep :) Also very close to the beach in neos marmaras, which is one of the best at this side of sitonia. Surrounded by a garden, right on the beachfront in Paradeisos, Regos Resort in 2021 renovated full and upgraded into 3*** Stars hotel, offering now 7 Suites, 9 Rooms and Only 1 Family apartment with... Very big room, very close to the beach, with balconies that had the view to the beach, lovely staff, really nice breakfast.

Located right on the Blue Flag awarded beach of Paradisos, the family-run Meliton Inn offers elegantly decorated rooms with a balcony. More facilities include a children's playground. The breakfasts were excellent. The location was excellent. The staff was excellent, very helpful and very very friendly. Rooms were kept clean and fresh towels and linens everyday. The beach was wonderful with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Crystal clear water for swimming. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends neighbors and family.

Facing the beachfront, SUNSET HOTEL offers 2-star accommodations in Neos Marmaras and features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, shared lounge and terrace. We really enjoyed this hotel. In brief I think cosy, friendly and clean best describe it. The team at the front desk and bar are lovely, very warm, and they also have a genuine understanding for kids. The studio we had faced the sea and the hotel’s swimming pool so from the start the view was great and the sunsets stunning. The beds were clean, sheets and towels got changed frequently. The bath, also clean, had all you needed including a little bath chair. Breakfast was good as well: the foods served were fresh,tasty and covered several tastes. Loved the cookies.

Located right on Paradisos Beach, Miramare Hotel is set amid a blossomed garden and features a sea-view restaurant. It offers self-catering accommodations with free Wi-Fi and a balcony. This was excellent accommodation for the type of stay we were after - proximity of the beach, comfortable room with optimally equipped kitchen a balcony with our own little garden (we were lucky to get one of the ground floor units that have a garden). Management and staff are all very helpful and wonderful to deal with.

Savvas House provides accommodations in Neos Marmaras. 1.2 miles from Neos Marmaras Beach, the guest house features a garden and a terrace. Very friendly hosts. A nice, tidy, clean and peaceful place close to all relevant conveniences.
