Right next to two taverns which ,without exageration were one of the best o have been in, close to supermarket approximately 5 min walk to it, and ofcourse right at the beach! The beach is not one of the best in greece, the sand was rocky but the view is amazing and also its right at your doorstep :) Also very close to the beach in neos marmaras, which is one of the best at this side of sitonia. Hotel Regos smješten je pokraj vrta uz plažu u Paradeisosu, a nudi klimatizirane apartmane s pogledom na Egejsko more ili planine. U cijelom je hotelu dostupan besplatni WiFi. Very big room, very close to the beach, with balconies that had the view to the beach, lovely staff, really nice breakfast.

The breakfasts were excellent. The location was excellent. The staff was excellent, very helpful and very very friendly. Rooms were kept clean and fresh towels and linens everyday. The beach was wonderful with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Crystal clear water for swimming. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends neighbors and family.

Facing the beachfront, SUNSET HOTEL offers 2-star accommodation in Neos Marmaras and features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, shared lounge and terrace. We really enjoyed this hotel. In brief I think cosy, friendly and clean best describe it. The team at the front desk and bar are lovely, very warm, and they also have a genuine understanding for kids. The studio we had faced the sea and the hotel’s swimming pool so from the start the view was great and the sunsets stunning. The beds were clean, sheets and towels got changed frequently. The bath, also clean, had all you needed including a little bath chair. Breakfast was good as well: the foods served were fresh,tasty and covered several tastes. Loved the cookies.

Set in the vicinty of Neos Marmaras Beach in Neos Marmaras, Savvas House is a guest house, which has a garden and terrace. Great place to stay. Very good equipt and clean apartment. You have acces to beautiful garden and 1 minute walk to the beach. Quiet area with many shops and restaurant around. Very very very nice and helpful host Sofia thank you very much.
