Where to begin... Judi and her team were amazing from the start of our stay to the finish. We arrived around the Easter holiday (which we were not aware of prior to booking), and Judi was still very accommodating of our check-in timeline despite that. Casa Modiano itself is a beautiful place to stay, exactly as pictured. The ambiance is spectacular and the rooms are very clean, and include most everything you could need. It's nestled in a beautiful street, which if you arrange for gives you a wonderful ocean and thriving small street view. Included in our room was a breakfast at the equally beautiful restaurant Kalderimi with the food to match! We had the opportunity to chat with Judi during our breakfast to help make the most of our days in the area and she was a wealth of knowledge. Thank you a million times to Judi and her team for making this a stay in Chania to remember!

Everything was great. Especially our very spaceous apartment's terrace!!!! Our room/apartment was "Bon vivant" in the second/last floor of this small boutique hotel.

The neighborhood is scenic and the old harbor is 1 minute walking distance. The cleaning staff was exceptional and very polite!

Featuring a terrace, a restaurant as well as a bar, Anassa Chania Boutique Hotel is located in the center of Chania, a 12-minute walk from Nea Chora Beach. Loved the room, the nice smell in the hotel, the bathtub and the overall use of space which made the room seem larger. Great idea for a breakfast to chose 2 options from the menu so there is not a lot of wasted/uneaten food.
