The hotel is located in the heart of Old City, but since it is in a quieter street with solid glass windows, you can barely hear any sound. This gives you a great night sleep. Breakfast on the terrace has amazing views of the city and rolling hills nearby. In our 4 days of stay, we did not once use any mode of transportation as everything was close by, including a grocery store and pharmacy. Georgious at the reception was super kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this beautiful city.

It once again proves that if a property is run by a family they make their best to provide you with the best service. It was cozy, clean and welcoming. Rooms were very comfortable with all required amenities. Location is great for people who like to walk around the old town . The roof top balcony gives a perfect view over the whole city of Tbilisi and that's where a home made delicious breakfast is served. Make sure you try the red dry wine which is made just for the hotel.
