They didn't have it, so they gave us another room free of charge! How cool is that? This hotel really cares for their guests and they show this every moment. We definitely recommend!

Great locatión, very clase to Cruise Port. Lots of restsurant choices across the street. Staff was friendly. Hot breakfast with many choices.

With a stunning glass atrium and impressive spa, Leonardo Royal Hotel Southampton Grand Harbour is situated on Southampton Waterfront. We booked this hotel for an evening before starting a cruise the location is great and close to the terminals. The room was large , extremely comfortable, and clean. The concierge and front desk were very helpful. We arrived very early, and the room not surprisingly wasn't ready, so we were able to leave our luggage which was delivered to our room when we got back later which we found had been upgraded and had a small balcony. We tried the bar Leo's and had dinner in the Marco Pierre White restaurant and it was delicious, great staff there too. I would definitely recommend and stay again when in the area.

Well-located near the West Quay shopping centre and cruise terminals, Holiday Inn Southampton offers panoramic views of Southampton Waterfront. The whole staff was excellent. The breakfast met my expectations and i was happy with that. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.
