The facilities are great, and the service is excellent. The location is very convenient. Mariana is a super helpful host, patiently responding to questions and recommending shops and restaurants. There are many attractions close to the property and the property is very homely and comfortable to come back to after a long day. Very clean and tidy. I'll definitely be back here anytime I'm in Reading. Highly recommended
