The hospitality of the staff during the breakfast. Artful and his colleagues were so friendly and humorous! It made us a pleasant start of the day! The evening room service to check up water supply and tidy again our bedding make us feel warm. Especially my younger daughter brought a puppy with her. The staff placed the puppy in different gesture and beds look so cute and warmly when we got back every night. Due to our early flight ✈️, we couldn't make it to the breakfast. Unexpectedly the breakfast boxes and coffee/milk were delivered so early to our room, even before 👨🍳 chefs arrived. How did you make it happen? We will definitely stay here whenever coming back to London!
