Very kind and helpful!The hotel is very clean. We had no issues with noise even though we kept the window open during the night. The room was a bit hot for one of us so we got a fan from the staff that did a l great job. The location of the hotel is amazing! There is a bus stop outside the hotel and 2 underground stations nearby, one of them less than 2 minutes away. I have to say that I loved that the staff takes time to reply the comments. You can see how much they care.

This 18th-century Victorian building has a superb central location in London's Notting Hill neighborhood. The famous Portobello Road and market are around a 15 minute walk away. A really beautiful hotel. In Victorian style. Very cosy and personal. Makes you feel at home. The location is fantastic. Only 7 minutes to the Central Line, which takes you to all the sights. Supermarkets, a pharmacy and many restaurants are also just a few minutes' walk away. Nevertheless, the hotel is in a residential area, away from the main road and really quiet. After the hustle and bustle of the city, this hotel is a great place to relax. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is also very reasonably priced for London.
