The centrally located Heathmount Hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from Inverness Castle, and offers Scottish whisky, Illy coffee and freshly mixed cocktails in its 2 contrasting bars. The accommodation is central. Within a 15 min walk to the CBD. The room itself was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable. The only issue is the slopping roof. Which wouldn’t be a problem if your under 5.6. The staff where truly lovely, very welcoming and went above and beyond to help.

This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a business centre.... The hotel was good for the money. Very nice location, close to the city center. The staff was extremely helpful and polite even after the stay, they very happy to respond to my questions :)

The family-run Beaufort Hotel is 800 metres from Inverness rail station and the shops of the city centre. It has free parking, a bar and a restaurant serving modern Scottish cuisine. Amazing staff, wonderful facilities, delicious food. The location was excellent, walking distance to the city centre but far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle City noise.
