The Manager of the hotel Desalegne was very helpful he helped us to connect with the Wi-Fi and among other things. Dave and Noel from the lounge were amazing always willing to help us for recommendations around the city a big shout out to them. The staff working in the restaurant were always happy same goes with the reception and cleaning lady.

The hotel is perfectly centralized in the city, providing easy access to malls, and restaurants, and proximity to local landmarks made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel's cleanliness surpassed our expectations. The beds were exceptionally comfortable making us feel right at home. We will definitely return and recommend this experience that definitely surpassed our expectations.

Set in Addis Ababa, Mado Hotel offers 4-star accommodation with a fitness centre and a terrace. This is the 3rd time I've stayed here and I keep coming back! This time ten hours after I arrived I became sick with COVID and the hotel staff did EVERYTHING possible to assist me. One of the workers even took me to get the PCR test! You can't find caring places like this very often. They went above and beyond what they were obliged to do. Blessings on Mado Hotel!

Look no futher! This place is incredible! The Hub hotel quickly became my Hub Family! All members of the staff were incredibly kind, sweet and geniune! It felt like home! The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the chefs were really accommodating to my needs (as a plant-based vegan). Ask and you shall recieve. The room was top notch with soft, clean bedding and if I ever needed something extra it was provided quickly after a call to the reception. I highly recommened this place! Both to couples and solo travelers. A special thank you to Mekdelawit for her sweet, kind and radiant presence and proffesional approach that was always done with a smile! Thank you everyone!
