The staff was very friendly and eager to create a good experience from check in to breakfast and bell boys!! The breakfast was delicious and the barista wow!! They gave us late checkout and everything was great! Location 10. Staff 10. Breakfast 10!

Clean hotel in a great location, the amenities were great and the reception staff very proactive in trying to ensure we had our best time. The hotel also has a nice restaurant with an interesting lunch menu (from 13:00 onwards). Service was a bit slow but it was worth the wait. The bathroom came with a lot of useful amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, comb. You can get beach items from the reception if you need any.

Incredible experience, all members of the personal are always smiling, like they enjoy being there. They are doing their job perfectly and makes you feel welcomed. Thank you ! Location is exactly in the middle of old town, they manage everything if you are coming with a car. The hotel is perfectly clean all the time and the breakfast delicious, I recommend to choose the breakfast when you make the reservation. I will return to Valencia just to stay again in this hotel.
