Firstly without Claudia’s excellent directions and help we would have struggled to find the hotel. We did, but it would be easier to go to the nearest parking in Plaza de La Reina. We wanted to be in the old town so the hotel was perfectly situated for seeing all the lovely sites, Turia gardens and restaurants. An easy taxi ride back from the beach and the Arts & Sciences. But with the balcony door closed at night it was very quiet. The room was not huge but super comfortable, gorgeous bed and elegantly styled with a beautiful black marble bathroom. All the staff were super helpful both in the hotel and the fun Cafe Madrid. We’d definitely recommend the hotel and stay again. Thank you

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very forthcoming. The rooms have high ceilings and very tastefully decorated. We especially liked that you could set the air conditioning precisely to your needs. Recommend.

Very close to all the sites we wanted to see, we could either walk or take the Metro everywhere around the city. The staff were very accommodating with our need to store luggage & very informative about hotel amenities & city sites. It was very hot & they had a water station with cold water in lobby which was very necessary & appreciated!
