Superbly located, in the heart of Oviedo, the hotel combines an attractive original exterior with stylish, modern accommodation and interiors. Everything was outstanding. I can't praise the staff highly enough. They were kind, very helpful and pleasant. The airline had lost my bag and all the staff could not have been more helpful in making phone calls on my behalf, answering all sorts of questions and letting us use the hotels facilties long after checkout while we waited for my traced bag to be delivered.
